Hogan alleges that this Florida-based company royally messed up multiple procedures meant to treat his lumbar spinal abnormalities in 2009.

He adds that the surgeries actually worsened the condition, which was later fixed by a different set of physicians.

The ex-WCW and WWE champion is seeking the cash because the botched initial procedures supposedly preventing him from a MAJOR payday: a match against John Cena that was part of a lucrative deal with Vince McMahon.

According to TMZ, the company at the center of the lawsuit has released a statement that simply reads:

"To protect patient privacy as well as the legal process, we do not discuss the details of litigation matters."

Hogan also says Laser Spine Institute profited from his image and likeness without his permission.
