Nas and Winehouse previously collaborated on “Like Smoke,” which appeared on the British chanteuse’s posthumous album Lioness: Hidden Treasures.
Remi said that Winehouse “left something beyond her years. Her body of work will inspire an unborn generation. I’m blessed to be part of that process.”
She was found dead at age 27 at her home in Camden in July 2011. Amy Winehouse’s cause of death was determined to be severe alcohol poisoning.
