Sean Kingston has taken another positive step in his recovery… literally!
Friends of the singer, who was seriously injured in a jet skiing accident over Memorial Day Weekend, tell TMZ that Kingston arose from bed for the first time this morning.
“Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning,” a rep says. “Sean Kingston continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded to serious.”
