Ke$ha may be an eccentric artist that dons unusual fashion choices and rakes in millions of dollars via album sales.

But, really, the singer is just like you and me: she likes to know what time it is.

“My schedule’s so tight and so crazy, and if I go get lost on a mountain or I’m writing a song, sometimes I lose track of time,” she says of her decision to pose for a new Baby-G watch campaign.
