We’re not sure how we feel about Rihanna’s new video.
On one hand, “Hard” is edgy and catchy, much like most Rihanna songs (and part of the reason she can beat Chris Brown when it comes to album sales).
Conversely, there’s something about it that feels a little like an SNL parody of Rihanna at certain times, between the voice and some of the costumes.
You could say it’s sort of “Hard” to put your finger on.
