We already knew that Michelle Obama could dance.

Turns out, she can also jump rope. And do sit-ups with a medicine ball. And do the incline bench press with 35-pound weights (!!!!!!).

In other words: Michelle Obama is in much better shape than we are.

As part of the Let’s Move "#GimmeFive" campaign, the White House has released footage of a personal trainer working out with First Lady, taking viewers through the various exercises Obama does to stay in shape.

And let’s just say this video leaves little doubt as to how Michelle Obama ended up on our list of 19 Sexy Summer Bodies.

She’s not afraid to work up a sweat! We should probably put our tub of popcorn down as we watch this, huh?
