Lindsay Lohan's model sister, Ali, would like to be called by her full name, Aliana Lohan, now that she's turned 18. It sounds more mature. That's her reasoning.

Whatever name you call her by, she's now a legal adult, and the family feted Aliana with a birthday celebration at Beaumarchais restaurant in NYC December 21.

Lindsay, along with a group of her friends, mom, Dina, and younger brothers Cody and Michael Jr. - also celebrating his 24th birthday BTW - honored Ali/Aliana.

"It's clear Lindsay and Michael Jr. are very close. They were talking a lot. Michael had his arm around her. She seemed to be confiding in him," an eyewitness said.

She also went outside to smoke cigarettes with her mom at one point.

Later on that night, Playboy cover girl Lindsay "ordered a bunch of glasses of champagne for the table and switched to drinking that," says a source.

Yay. Later, Ali Lohan and her new face snapped photos on Lindsay's camera before her older sister got up to ask the restaurant staff to prepare a cake.

Although Aliana has been called an anorexic waif, she doesn't seem to be watching what she eats. Adds the eyewitness, she wolfed down the whole meal!

We hope it stayed down. Not to be cynical, but just saying.

Just days after she shot down rumors that she's undergone plastic surgery and/or is an anorexic waif, Lindsay Lohan's 17-year-old sister Ali is still really, really skinny.

Like, almost alarmingly so.

The aspiring model showed off an equally troubling transformation heading to a model casting in Beverly Hills, according to Us, which has an eye-opening pic.

Clad in tight jeans, boots and a tucked-in white shirt, Ali Lohan (who now goes by Aliana Lohan) appeared alarmingly gaunt and pale, with stick thin arms and legs.

The whole fam has been either "cracking up" or offended by the Ali Lohan plastic surgery speculation, specifically that she had procedures done to alter her face.

Ali's older sister Lindsay, 25, had a really skinny phase, too. It started around mid-2009, ending in ... heck, let's be serious here, it's still going on. Eat, girls.

The 17-year-old model Aliana Lohan, more commonly known as Ali Lohan, graces the cover of the New York Post's Page Six Magazine’s latest issue, on sale Thursday.

You may recall the slew of Ali Lohan plastic surgery rumors earlier this year. Some were outraged. As for the teenager herself? “I was cracking up," she tells Page Six.

"Because, like, when would I do that? I’m 17 years old. That’s not even legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that?"

Ali Lohan continues: "No! It’s not the right thing to do. It’s stupid. I don’t listen to it. It’s absolutely not true. I just say no [to drugs] and plastic surgery.”

As for her oft-jailed older sibling Lindsay Lohan, she says: “You can’t trust anyone so we talk to each other about everything. I admire how strong she is.”

“I’m lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from," Ali says, admitting that she's seen Lindsay's wild ways and how some people take advantage of her.

"I’ve seen people do it to her and I’ve learned to be like, ‘That’s stupid, no.’ That’s why Lindsay and me are so close, because we’re able to talk about those things.”

While Lindsay Lohan dresses like a ghost for court and does community service at the morgue, her little sister Ali is about to make her cover girl debut.

The 17-year-old graces the cover of super stylish Fault magazine.

In other news, there apparently is a Fault magazine. Who knew.

Her heavily made-up look, drastically different frame and new, angular facial features will likely spark a new round of Ali Lohan plastic surgery rumors:

Her tiny body is on display in the publication's winter issue. Her rep says the only thing that's changed her is age ... but we're not 100 percent sure.

Either way, she may have fallen below the century mark for weight. Good grief, girl, you're a teenager. Have some protein on occasion. Eeesh.

Did Ali Lohan have plastic surgery done?

Ali Lohan plastic surgery rumors abound, but are completely false, her rep insists. Instead, Lohan's camp says the teen's body and face are merely aging.

She's only 17, after all. People's looks naturally change from 14 to 17.

Her dramatically different appearance has become a focal point of entertainment news shows and sites, but her rep says she did NOT go under the knife.

"Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, or ever considered it," Steve Honig says. "Her success as a model lies with her natural looks.

"She has no interest in changing that. In the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer."

Lindsay Lohan's younger sister is demonstrably thinner - some might even say she looks like an anorexic waif - but team Lohan says she's totally healthy.

Are the Ali Lohan plastic surgery rumors true? Difficult to say. Has she lost weight? One self-proclaimed expert says that totally happened - in horrifying fashion!

A "leading nutrition expert" (the kind quoted by Radar Online) estimates that Ali’s weight PLUMMETED to a gaunt, anemic, borderline waifish 95 lbs. lately.

Judging by Ali Lohan pictures like this, he could be right:

Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister, who recently signed a modeling contract, looks emaciated with sunken cheeks and skinny arms and legs, Dr. Majid Ali feels.

“She is very underweight. By looking at her cheekbones you can tell that she has muscle wasting going on ... She may binge and purge plus calorie restrict.”

This guy can expect to hear from the Lohan family attorney REAL fast.

Speculation swirling about Ali Lohan getting plastic surgery managed to do the impossible - take the spotlight off that train wreck Lindsay for a day or so.

In a photo taken Tuesday, the 17-year-old aspiring model emerged in Beverly Hills looking drastically different: with fuller lips and a more angular face.

So what happened to her face? According to her modeling agency ... age.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," said Alexis Borges, agency director at Next Model Management.

"As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent."

"Ali Lohan is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body. We encourage models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."

Lindsay Lohan also weighed in on the speculation, telling E! her sibling "has never" had surgery. Still, not everyone is convinced. Just look at these pics!

Ali Lohan is raised eyebrows with a shocking new look.

At least one Hollywood plastic surgeon tells Radar Online that the 17-year-old sister of Lindsay may well have had Botox injected into her dome.

“It’s obvious that her eyebrows are higher than they were before,” Dr. Gary Alter said. “There doesn’t appear to be movement on her forehead."

It's not just Botox. Ali Lohan's face also appears to look different.

Some people are speculating that Ali Lohan also had a nose job, though it is hard to tell given the angle of the photos, not to mention the model's face naturally changing from age 14 to 17 (going on 35 if she's anything like Lindsay).

You have to admit, she's dressing older if you know what we mean!

People under 18 are generally not allowed to get nose jobs unless they are suffering from a breathing problem or they get consent from their parents.

Well, that explains it. The last part wouldn't be a problem for Ali.

Aliana Lohan, also known as Ali Lohan, the impressionable and quite possibly doomed sister of Lindsay Lohan, has signed a multi-year modeling contract!

NEXT Model Management has signed her, Just Jared reports.

“We're very excited to be representing Aliana Lohan,” NEXT Los Angeles Director Alexis Borges said of the 17-year-old beauty. “She represents the future face of fashion, a photographer’s dream with her chameleon-like beauty.”

Yes, this is really Lindsay Lohan's sister. Yes, she's really just 17.

NEXT has represented the likes of Miranda Kerr, Milla Jovovich, Emma Heming, and Jaime King, so they clearly know what they're doing hiring Ali.

Ali Lohan also has experience, despite her youth. Last year, she modeled the Spring/Summer 2011 collection of her big sister’s 6126 fashion line.

NEXT may want to keep LiLo clear of any shoots going forward, however. Just saying. Wherever Lindsay Lohan goes, trouble invariably follows.

Diddy. Madonna. Cher. Prince. Oprah. Beyonce.

Lindsay Lohan either fancies herself on par with these celebrities, or really hates her dad, or a combination of both, because she's gonna ditch the "Lohan."

"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay," her mom Dina Lohan tells PopEater, and that's not all. "Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

NO, LOHAN, JUST LINDSAY: Felon would also work ...

Lindsay had been thinking about dropping her surname for some time, Dina says, but at first thought that no one would recognize who "Lindsay" was.

It was only after the infamous Super Bowl E-trade ad referring to a baby as "that milkaholic Lindsay," that the actress knew she no longer needed it.

Ironically, she bitched, moaned and even sued over that, but whatever.

"So many of the top people in showbiz are known by one name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list," a family friend said.

More importantly, "It's a way for them all to just start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father [Michael Lohan] anymore."
