As patron of the 1851 Trust, Her Royal Highness launched two sailing projects and met people involved in the project. She also spoke with students while touring the facility’s new ‘Tech Deck’ Education Centre

Catherine partook in a racing exercise ahead of the 2017 America’s Cup. For safety purposes, Catherine wore a helmet. When Ainslie adjusted the future consort’s helmet to make sure it was on tight, everyone hopped on the conclusions bus and assumed they were making eyes at one another.
