Maggie Siff: Pregnant with First Child!

by at . Comments

She may have just had a fake miscarriage on Sons of Anarchy Season 6, but Maggie Siff has some exciting news to share in her real life:

The actress is pregnant!

Siff shared this scoop with Us Weekly at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood Friday night, telling the tabloid that she and her husband do know the gender of their child… but aren't telling anyone yet.

"I'm past the nausea so I'm feeling a lot better, a lot more energetic," Siff says. "We just finished shooting the season, which is good."

Siff - best known for playing Tara Knowles on the aforementioned FX smash - had hinted via Twitter that she was expecting, but this marks her first public admission.

She's craving ice cream and yogurt and she cannot wait to see her husband as a father.

"He's going to be a great dad, I know he is. He is very very sweet and fun so he plays a lot of games and he'll just make the baby laugh a lot. He's very good-natured. Way better-natured than I am! He laughs a lot, we have such a good time."

We send our very best wishes to Siff - and also to Olivia Wilde, who just announced she's also pregnant with her first child!
