Dylan Moses, 8th Grade Football Player, Offered SEC Scholarships
by Hilton Hater at . Updated at .How young is too young? That's a question being bantered about these days in college football, as the top programs in the country have offered scholarships to Dylan Moses.
He's an eighth grader in Baton Rouge.
Moses weighs 215 pounds and stands over six feet tall. He runs a 4.46 40 and possesses an insane 34-inch vertical. All at 14 years of age!
As a result, SEC powers Alabama and LSU have both offered Moses an athletic scholarship, which have sent shockwaves through the college sports world.
The offers, it should be noted, are not binding in any way.
Nor is this the first time such an act has taken place, as Wake Forest offered quarterback Chris Leak the same type of deal many years ago when he was in middle school.
But should such a practice exist? Should universities really be recruiting in middle schools around the country?!? Let the debate begin!
