Move over, Chicago. Dirk Schroeder will see your 18 human heads at airport and raise you some 16 items left in his body by a surgeon in Germany.
After routine prostate cancer surgery failed to relieve the 74-year-old's pain, a visiting nurse noticed the offending gauze pad emerging from one of his wounds.
Schroeder underwent two operations to extract a haul of items, including a six-inch bandage roll, cotton swabs, a needle and a piece of surgical mask.
The hospital insists the items entered his body after the surgery.
His family is now suing the hospital despite their explanation.
