The celebrity fashion expert is engaged to Matthew Mosshart!
The couple has reportedly been dating for about a year and quietly agreed to marry a few weeks prior to Christmas, an insider confesses to Us Weekly.
"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," the Osbourne friend says. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."
Speaking to British magazine Fabulous in October, Kelly gushed of her now-fiance:
"I couldn't believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could. But I'm so happy. I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before."

You know them personally, do you? Kelly O is talented on her own right. As far as Ozzy & Sharon are concerned he acts all "evil", but that's all for show. They are very nice people who give a lot of time & money to different charities. I think you are confusing Sharon O for Kris Jenner.
You've been listening to too many jealous people. Ozzy and Sharon are NOT evil. They're different, but the "Prince of Darkness" thing is simply a "gag" that their followers love. It isn't real. She HAS come a long way, and it's been great to see her success after her troubles because you know it wasn't easy. It was something she was strong enough to do a lot of work towards overcoming. She showed her strength, and perhaps even became an inspiration to others who faced the same problems she once did.
