Robin Roberts Returns Home
by Hilton Hater at .Robin Roberts took another major step in her recovery from a rare blood disorder today:
The Good Morning America anchor left the hospital!
"There's no place like home," Roberts Tweeted. "After 30 days in the hospital I'm home. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Thank YOU and bless YOU. XO."
Roberts, who has been keeping fans abreast of her medical progress, is not expected back on set any time soon. She may even miss the rest of 2013.
"I am considered 21 days old. That's how long it has been since my transplant," Robin added on her GMA blog. "Remember when you brought your baby home for the first time? Your precious bundle didn't leave the house much and you were careful that anyone who came in contact with your child was healthy."
As a result, Roberts will remain on hiatus from morning TV "until I'm given the all clear."
And whenever that is, we'll welcome her back with welcome arms.

Through all of Robin's difficult times lately with health or her family's health, she has kept a positive attitude as much as possible and has earned my respect as a person as well as a TV personality as a result. She is an inspiration and a light to all those going through personal or health-related struggles of their own. Get well soon, Robin... can't wait until you're well enough to come back to TV!! :)
