Miley Cyrus is getting into the Halloween spirit.

The 19-year old, who will guest star on this week's episode of Two and a Half Men and who shared the story of Liam Hemsworth's proposal on The Tonight Show last Friday, has posted a new photo of herself and little sister Noah on Pheed.

In it, Miley is throwing her hands up and eschewing the need for pants:

"Boo!" Cyrus simply writes as a caption.

We assume she's referring to the ghost decoration in the background and not what some consider her scary new haircut.

    I thibk she's a cute-looking girl, but I think it's cuter to cover one's bits. Where have her parents been during her growing-up years?Just spending her money or what?Also, I was hoping that whole pantlesss thing was finally over. I thought that whole crotch-exposing thing went the way of Paris Hilton. Or so I'd hoped.

    Is it just me or is this chick hard up to prove herself as a legitimate adult, and if so why? She has so much time ahead of her why rush? You know she use to remind me a lot of myself. Just trying so hard to be a grown ass woman that I got a look at myself in the mirror and I didn't recognize who I even was after a while! She's gonna end up just like that if she doesn't slow down and enjoy her youth. Oh well, I wish her all the best anyway.
