Ron Paul: Actually Praised By South Carolina Senator!

Despite two strong finishes in as many races, Ron Paul has been derided as unelectable, even dangerous in his bid for the GOP presidential nomination by many critics.

Such criticism of Paul stems not from Democrats, but from Republican pundits and political figures - something U.S. Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina is upset by.

DeMint, whose state holds a critical primary Saturday, says it's time to start taking Paul, his views and the contingent of supporters he has assembled seriously.

This isn't just lip service, either. In a series of interviews, including this one on the Laura Ingraham Show (below), DeMint mentioned Paul foreseeing certain crises.

DeMint has said he's not formally endorsing a candidate in the race, but from the sound of it, he's endorseing some major component's of Paul's platform ...

Ron Paul wants to be heard. Him running for President gives him that Forum. Who ever wins-All 4 of them need each other. They need to at least create the illusion that they are all in the Race. At least for awhile the Democrats don't know who to focus on exactly.

My wife is an Independant and I'm a Democrat. The more we hear Ron Paul speak (when they give him a chance), the more we like him. We will be voting for him. He is not like the other arrogant, power seeking candidates who have never served a day in the military, but a true patriot who puts this country first! Shame on the Fox news pundits and other Republican bashers who don't see a "real diamond in the rough" since he appeals to alot of the general voters out there, even more so than Obama! He is sharp on the economy facts and situations facing middle Americans who control the majority of votes!

It would be SO wonderful if only people could open their eyes and ears, but I fear there are still too many masses of brain dead idiots! Too many people don't care about the real issues. They hear that this guy is going to give us money and that's all it takes! I'm glad that Paul is getting much praise and I pray for a miracle this Nov!! At this point I just want Obama the hell outta DC!!!

People in this country amaze me. "home of the free". HA! You SHEEPLE have NO concept of freedom.

There is only one candidate worth his salt. That being Dr. Ron Paul.

WAKE UP! Before it's too late - if not already. Vote sanity and liberty. Vote RON PAUL 2012 for yours and your progenies sakes.

Ron Paul, a patriot, who has honorably served his country, defends both the constitution and civil liberties, and is for peace and prosperity. Dr. Paul has the wisdom, foresight, honesty and integrity to be president.

Dr. Paul believes spending and deficits are destroying this country. Dr. Paul's budget plan would save $1 trillion in the first year. Besides the spending cuts, there are other issues of importance to voters. For conservatives, Dr. Paul scores an A+ on all of them: Second Amendment protection, pro-life record, right-to-work, pro-business, anti-tax, states' rights, you name it.

Dr. Paul also believes America should have the strongest national defense on earth — which he believes begins with not trying to constantly police the earth.

No one agrees with anyone on EVERYTHING, but, I agree with Ron Paul and the message he stands for. He's the only one that doesn't really want to be president. He just believes in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence, and the concepts that they represent.
What parts of those documents don't you agree with? Aren't all of the parts of the Bill of Rights still pertinent today? If not, which part?...the 2nd Amendment? ...the 1st? Ron Paul is the only person (maybe the only one we'll ever see in our lifetime) that has the COURAGE to stand up for ALL of our rights, and has consistently proven it through his actions his entire life.

He definitely has my vote. No-one else is even in the same class...

Ron Paul knows all the specifics of what's wrong w/ our economy and how to fix it. I'm most scared of a total monetary collapse than I am of Iran.
I'm casting my vote for Ron Paul. If Ron doesn't get the GOP nod, then I will vote 3rd party.

There's gonna be some good endorsements ahead. Ron Paul 2012, it's a revolution.

Then, if Dr Paul speaks the truth, why the media, but most importantly, the GOP, try to dismiss him?
It is not in their best interest to be on Dr Paul's side, for they will have to work to earn they paycheck when Dr Paul becomes the commander in chief -no more gossiping with the media, golf rounds with the military contractors, or other freebies AT THE EXPENSE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY!!
Dr Paul is the real MAN for November!
