Welcome back to the Tournament of THG, where fans vote for our top star of 2011! The concept is simple: Pick your favorite of the two stars in each poll. Done.

The final round features the two young stars who emerged from a field of 16 to be the last women standing: Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato. And it's too close to call!

Miles beat Robert Pattinson fairly handily in the semifinals, while Demi dusted Katy Perry. Now they meet each other, and after more than 27,000 votes, it's still a nail biter.
