Ashton Kutcher Addresses Media on "State of Truth," Doesn't Wear Wedding Ring

Amidst infidelity rumors and divorce chatter, the actor has posted a message on obscure social network Chime.In that begins with: “I just wanted to open up a little dialogue on the state of honesty. The state of truth. The status of truth as it pertains to literature and media."
Kutcher goes on to blab about how the Internet has led to the onslaught of irresponsible journalism and rumor mongering, preaching:
“We are our own editors, we are our own publishers and we are our own printers. Therefore, people can bastardize the truth in any way, shape or form that they want and spread that around the world. A lie can travel halfway around the world before the truth can leave someone’s lips.”
Then perhaps you ought to tell us the truth, idiot, instead of standing on a soapbox and acting above it all.

Where's there's smoke there's fire yes he cheated there has been more than one skank comin' outta the woodwork doesn't mean there will be a divorce unless Demi says it for sure.
Don't know if Ashton cheated nor do I really care but there is one thing I always check & that is to see if a married man wears his wedding ring. Though I'm sure many wjob wear their rings still cheat, I just always thought there was something suspicious about a married man that choses not to wear his wedding band.
I can't say whether he cheated or not obvi. Cuz I don't know them but I agree...why can't he just come out and say he DIDNT cheat. I mean celebrities are always saying that rumors that are said about them are FALSE or RIDICULOUS. Why can't Ashton do the same? I don't know but there is something fishy about all of this especially his tweets and now this video. I truly hope this gets cleared up once and for all for both his and Demi's peace. :)
@reina: It's question of timing, context and irony. If Kutcher came out and made this statement randomly, that would be one thing. But he happens to make it when tabloids are reporting on what appears to be the truth?!? He's just trying to shift the blame for his own actions. Now is not the time to get on a soapbox, not when you just cheating on your wife.
