Halle Berry Defeats Gabriel Aubry in Court
by Hilton Hater at .Halle Berry won a battle in court today with ex Gabriel Aubry. But, as this custody battle rages on, it's clear who the real loser will be: three-year old Nahla.
Sources tell TMZ the former couple was in front of a judge because Berry will be leaving to film a movie in Europe and there was an issue over which parent gets to spend time with his/her daughter when Halle is working.
Berry won this round, meaning Nahla will be accompanying her mom overseas.
The issue is unrelated to a larger problem Berry has brought up to the court, however. She alleges that Aubry has imperiled the safety of their child. Many more hearings will unfortunately take place involving the family.

Who really cares! Its not like either one of these people or the kid will ever be homeless our have to raise a family off of minimum wage. Little 3 year old Nahla will still be living a life with more privilege than most 40 year old adults....so who cares it doesn't effect my life at all

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I read somewhere that Gabriel was fighting for Nahla not to leave the country unless Halle paid him to come along to Europe as a "manny." Apparently, Halle has paid for Gabriel to watch his own daughter during some of her previous appearances. Now that leaves me with the impression that Gabriel is after her money. I wouldn't let him "K-Fed" me, either. I'm still a Halle fan, Nahla would likely prefer to be with her mom anyway. And some of those names that Gabriel has allegedly called Halle would definitely be a sign for me not to put too much trust in his ability to care for my/our young child, too.
So let me get this straight. Halle is trying to STOP the father from seeing the child when so many fathers are absent?? What a greedy person! Regardless of her personal relationship with the father stop being so hateful and vendictive and let the child see her father! I use to be a fan but not anymore. I will boycott her movies until she stops being a bxxch! Let the child love and experience a father you greedy selfish person.
