Miranda Kerr on Natural Childbirth: OWWWW!

Miranda Kerr may be a new mother, and she may be excited about the son she shares with Orlando Bloom, but the super model says she was in super pain during the birthing process.

"I actually thought I was going to die at one point and left my body," Kerr tells Australian InStyle this month. " I was looking down on myself, the pain was so intense."

Kerr went through a natural childbirth because she was "determined" to follow the lead of other women. And if her body never returned to its svelte form?

"I thought to myself, 'I have so much more that I want to do aside from modeling," she said of that possibility. "I can live with my body not being in shape if I have a healthy son. It's worth it."
