Kim Zolciak and fiance Kroy Biermann are featured in the latest issue of Life & Style, with the former's pregnant body very much on display.
The Real Housewife is due any month now and tells the publication that Biermann makes her feel "sexy" even when she gets discouraged about her growing stomach.
"He's just been the best partner," Zolciak says. "This pregnancy has kicked my butt, and now I'm at the stage where I'm uncomfortable."

I think the picture is a cute setup but her jaw is square or something.
LMAO! What is wrong with her eyes? Her left one is ...like...jacked up or something..I think Kim used birth control while waiting for the right bank acct to come along and then suddenly misplaced it! She's a loser and a PISS POOR EXAMPLE of a good mother! SHEESH!!!
I think it is a aweful picture. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, she should act natural and stop posing for the camera! But I get it she has to pose to try and look good! From all the botox in her forehead to the wig and about half the mac store on her face she needs all the help she can get! Kim stop being someone your not! Your on the RHOA really your not a Kardashine...
Kim Zolciak is certainly old enough and has been around the block enough times to know how to use BIRTH CONTROL. That poor boy - Troy...he's going to end up very sorry he ever touched her. And...nice example she's set for her other 2 children. Sad. And.....she DOES look like a cadaver in this pic!
