Rush Limbaugh: Heart, Health Care System are OK!
Despite his hospitalization a few days ago, Rush Limbaugh says there's nothing wrong with his heart. Or the nation's health care system, for that matter.
The conservative talk show host just couldn't resist turning his own health problems into a political dig at a New Year's Day news conference in Honolulu.
Rush, who suffered chest pains that landed him in a Hawaii hospital Wednesday, said Friday that tests revealed nothing medically wrong with his heart.
"The pain was real, and they don't know what caused it," Limbaugh said.

Doctors said he did not have a heart attack and he doesn't suffer from heart disease, however, and he says he is remaining cautious after the scare.
Turning from himself to politics, Limbaugh declared yesterday that he got the best health care in the world "right here in the United States of America."
Politicizing one's own heart problem? Well, would you expect less?
"I don't think there's one thing wrong with the United States health system," Limbaugh said, referring to Congress' massive overhaul of the system.

i heard him say that he has no insurance, he just paid his bill. then he went on to say that anybody can afford to do the same because his bill was about the same amount that people spend on a car and everyone can afford to buy a car. he said it was just a matter of choice-what a disgusting idiot.

The thing that gets me is that he not only is loaded and can afford the best care in teh world no matter the cost, he is not doubt fully insured by his company and has no idea what the out of pockets costs would be. And as a known prescription drug abuser, he woul dbe ineligible for coverage by most insurers if he had to try to find his own coverage.
I am glad he is not seriously ill -- I don't wish that on anyone, even someone as destestable as this clown, but he needs to touch base with the real world. He might be able to use his considerable clout to improve some people's lives instead of just spewing lies and venom.

and he brags about the great healthcare he received....by union nurses, and the most progressive healthcare system in the US..(all employers are required to cover their employers)

It was reported by the paramedics that Lush Limpbowel told them he was taking pain killers for his back......no wonder the rapid weight loss....the guy flunked rehab....(he said last week on his show that he couldnt take pain killers because of his "history"

The rumors that Rush Limbaugh was dead were completely untrue. Most morons agree however that Mr. Limbaugh is still brain dead. What do they know? They are Republicans!

Nothing is wrong with the heart but if they did an MRI they would have found nothing between the ears.

After working with people with Parkinson's Decease i feel that this fat fuk should get on his knees and beg forgiveness for what he said and how he treated Michael J.Fox and Muhammad Alli and the others who are ill. To bad that the heart attack was a false alarm, well maybe next time.
