A man accused of surreptitiously shooting footage of gorgeous ESPN reporter Erin Andrews nude in hotels will plead guilty to interstate stalking and harassment.
He is also guilty of being a pervert and a dirty individual.
Michael David Barrett originally entered a not guilty plea, but has since decided to cut a deal, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
He could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Erin Andrews' peephole stalker is headed where he belongs.
Barrett was caught after allegedly trying to peddle his Nashville, Tenn., Erin Andrews peephole tape to TMZ. Federal authorities suspected him of stalking Erin.
Sure enough, evidence piled up that he went to at least three hotels in various states and modified peepholes on the doors to shoot his pervy hotel videos.
Enjoy prison, Mike. Five years isn't long enough, creep.
