If there's anything more comedic than Sarah Palin's farewell speech, delivered Sunday as the Alaska Governor resigned her office, we haven't heard it.

Although William Shatner reciting portions of Sarah Palin's farewell speech verbatim on The Tonight Show the following night has to come pretty close.

The master of the spoken-word and master thespian delivered, as only he can, a different take on the now-ex-governor's classic rambling, nonsensical goodbye.

    William Shatner negative comments about Ms Palin expresses his ignorance. Obama is a disaster and Palin has more ability in her pinky than he has in his entire self. The only ability Obama is good at is running for office but this facade has been revealed.Its going to take years to clean up his mess! Schatner - stick to acting and by the way your not that good at this either!
