New Couple Alert: George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis

For now, at least, the serial dater has snagged Italian beauty Elisabetta Canalis as his new gal pal.
The pair met in Italy, where resides for most of the year in a villa on Lake Como.
Canalis is a 30-year old actress that has played small roles in blockbuster comedies such as Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and Virgin Territory. She also hosts the Italian version of Total Request Live.
Radar Online first reported the hook-up, and has provided a grainy photo of the new couple.
But we prefer this shot of Elisabetta Canalis, for two obvious reasons.

I'm italian and I know well Elisabetta Canalis as I have been watching her on italian tv shows from years. I don't know what kind if effect she has on tv watchers in USA but I can claim that she is a terrible actress, no, better, she's not an actress, she introduces herself formally as an actress but notwithstanding a course in acting this job is absolutely not fit to her. She's totally unspontaneous, she speaks as she was reading and was not even able to read... Definitely terrible. BUT... she is gorgeous and his boyfriend is Clooney. That's more than enough in our present world.
