If you've been keeping up with all the latest Teen Mom news, then you know that this month hasn't been an easy one for Jenelle Evans.
In fact, it might be one of the worst months of her life.
There's been reports that David Eason's been abusing her, the reports were pretty much confirmed by a recording of a 911 call from Jenelle ...
It's been rough.
But still, she's been denying everything.
Now, in a video statement that's over five minutes long, she's opening up about everything.
And it's even rougher.
Let's be real, it's hard to root for Jenelle sometimes.
But this is absolutely, 100% not one of those times.
What a Nightmare
For the past couple of weeks, some truly disturbing reports about Jenelle have been released, and there's been one especially heartbreaking 911 recording.
It all started when a website reported that someone had called 911 from Jenelle's home to report that David Eason had assaulted her.
A rep for Jenelle denied the report, explaining that Jenelle had simply tripped and fallen by a bonfire, and that's what the scare was.
A Bad Sign
Still, she deleted her Twitter and Facebook accounts after the report was released, which was an odd move if she'd just fallen, you know?
A few days later, the actual 911 call was released, and in that recording, Jenelle couldn't have been more clear.
"My husband, he just assaulted me,” she told the operator while sobbing hysterically.
“He pinned me down on the ground in the yard, and I think I heard my f–king collarbone crack and I can’t move my arm," she continued.
Not So Believable
After that, Jenelle released another statement, claiming that "It was a drunk and dramatic misunderstanding. Everything is great...We are totally fine."
Apparently she and David were both super drunk, and when she tripped and fell, the both thought the other person was trying to fight. Because that's a much better story.
But in a new video, Jenelle is taking the time to explain everything.
In this video, which she says she filmed in her closet "'cause I'm trying to hide from the kids," she wastes no time in claiming that she's "completely fine."
She explains that she deleted her Twitter and Facebook "to disconnect from all the hate" and "everything that's in the news right now."
Concerned, For Sure
"I know everyone's concerned about me," she continues, "and I know everyone wants to know 'Is she OK, how are the kids, blah blah blah blah blah.'"
"I've been in so many domestic violence situations in the past that I would not put up with it now," Jenelle insists. "So I don't know why you guys would think that I would continue to stay in this relationship if I was being abused."
What a History
Jenelle says that parts of her past, like the parts MTV didn't film during the Teen Mom 2 hiatus -- during her marriage to Courtland Rogers -- were "horrible."
She gets more emotional when she says that she's been in several violent relationships, but "every time I tell you guys about it, or every time I open up, you guys are like 'No, she's lying, she's putting him in jail, she's such a f-cking liar.'"
"I was always telling you the truth about everything that happened with every one of my relationships," she insists, "and if you don't believe me, I don't know what to f-cking tell you."
But these days, Jenelle tells us all that her mother, who is around all the time now, and everyone else in her life knows that things are fine between her and David.
In fact, those people told her that she should delete her social media accounts, to get away from any negativity.
But getting back to the point of her video, she tells us all that she is "sick" of hearing things about David being cruel to her.
She also mentions that all of this "f-cking drama" will be on the next season of Teen Mom 2, so that's ... something.
She concluded her video by giving everyone an update on her sinus surgery -- she's still hurting, but her recovery is supposed to take about two more weeks.
A Little Confusing
And that's it.
What's Going On?
It's more than a little strange that she did this big long video opening up about all the domestic violence reports without even mentioning her 911 call.
... Seriously, What?
You know, the one in which she directly said that David had assaulted her?
It's also interesting that Jenelle's been wearing turtlenecks since that incident, and that in this video, she's very careful to keep her chest covered with her hair.
Such a Sad Story
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on which point of view you take), this video did absolutely nothing to convince most of us that everything is fine down on Jenelle's swamp.
We just hope that things don't get any worse.
