Up For Renewal: Soho House celebrates one year

As Soho House turns one-year old, its relevance as an exclusive Manhattan venue is up for renewal along with its memberships. SH spokesman Tim Geary says 95 percent of its members have renewed their affiliations, which include the 500 founding members and the second wave of inductees welcomed in August.
With so many people renewing, the wait list won’t be getting shorter anytime soon. We’re certain this has something to do with Soho House’s pushing the image of selectivity – damn, they almost had us fooled into believing they were just another Waldorf.
