Paris Hilton is leaving LA and taking up permanent residence here. In New York City. (Yes, we’re aware that her family has a few hotels around the country, one or two being in New York, and that she grew up here before settling into LA life. But, her own apartment in Trump Towers? It’s scary, people.)
Hilton’s been scoping a 4,500 square foot, four bedroom 6 1/2 bath condo at Trump Park Avenue, and the notion that she’ll stay in LA and never leave doesn’t look promising.
The 4,500-square-foot condo on the third floor of the building at 502 Park Ave. has a $7.8 million asking price and includes a dining room, chef’s kitchen and a gallery just off the foyer. There’s also a potentially underused library and a huge terrace measuring more than 1,400 square feet.
Ok, well, it’s pretty lavish, but at least she’s not moving into a West Village brownstone or something. Yet, we have to ask: six bathrooms? We guess she plans to have a lot of modelesque friends over for soirees.
