Creative Director / Art Director

The Creative Director / Art Director will have the drive, ability and capability to oversee the creative direction of our company and can successfully meet deadlines.

??? Work with the internal marketing team to create, design and deliver creative continuity to the corporate and product image of the
??? Participate in the strategic positioning and messaging for products and services that are marketed by Trump University
??? Coordinate with the marketing team to develop brand strategies and consumer acquisition/direct response programs
??? Create and maintain standards for all company brands and creative images used internally or externally
??? Work with the marketing communication team to create content that supports the visual representation of the brand
??? Create an innovative culture for the creative team that fosters experimentation and delivers exceptional results that supports a corporate image of quality, innovation, professionalism, high growth, trust and stability
??? Develop creative strategy for all marketing programs
??? Present concepts and ideas for new creative marketing approaches

??? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
??? 5+ years experience in advertising/marketing/design studio environment
??? Experience in campaign development across print advertising, direct mail, collateral design, identity, merchandising, tradeshow graphics, online and integrated programs
??? Ability to concept and execute design work to final file delivery–start to finish, hands-on creative development, while managing a creative team
??? Knowledge of print production, press checks and photo shoots
??? Ability to present work to C-level audiences with a sophisticated and strategic delivery
