Ok, what is going on with Heather Mills face? The animal lover received the Animal Activist award and was inducted into the Animal Rights Hall of Fame at their national conference held at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Virginia.
It looks like Heather may have had some work done…. fish lips and perhaps Botox. Clearly she is not able to make her face function properly. Judging by the pictures, she seems to be was having a difficult time getting her words out.
In the photo of Mills accepting her award, she appears to be pulling it away from the guy presenting it to her.
