Facing her problems is proving to be too much to handle for Rachel Uchitel. Tiger Woods’ mistress stormed off the set of Celebrity Rehab 4.
“After a very intense day of filming, Rachel just couldn’t handle being at the Pasadena Recovery Center where Celebrity Rehab is filmed, and she decided to leave,” a source told Radaronline.
Rachel is being treated for alcohol and pill addiction. According to people on set, she simply could not handle the pressure of actually facing her issues. After a very intense session with Dr. Drew, where Uchitel expressed her problems with self-worth and self-esteem, she fled the rehab center.
After checking into the L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, producers of the show tracked her down and coaxed her into returning. The shows exec’s are reportedly impressed with what has been filmed so far and are attempting to have the October air date pushed up.
People close to the situation attribute a lot of Rachel’s issues to the Tiger Woods saga, but this is something that WILL NOT be addressed on the show because lawyers for the PGA golfer have put a gag order on that part of her life.
