Victoria’s Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr and English actor Orlando Bloom made quite a stir in Aussie circles over the weekend. The couple spent the day betting on the horses at a Sydney race track. Arriving shortly before 1pm, the couple posed briefly for photographers, with Bloom stopping to greet Lord Of The Rings producer Barrie Osborne.
Kerr, 25, and Bloom, 31, made their first public appearance at Royal Randwick Doncaster Day. The couple were surrounded by photographers, David Jones staff and bodyguards as Kerr stepped out as the face of the retailer at their exclusive black and white-themed event.
The pair caused quite a stir, reportedly stealing attention away from the main attraction. They appear to have enjoyed the outing and each other as captured in several photos. One shows them giving each other a high five after one of their three successful bets paid off. The couple reportedly received a few hot tips from champion trainer Gai Waterhouse.
Bloom met Kerr’s parents for the first time on Friday evening. The two couples had dinner at the exclusive harbor side restaurant Catalina. Kerr and Bloom have been dating since late last year.
