Lindsay Lohan may be forced to finally appear for a deposition after blowing it off twice.
Lohan was called upon to give evidence relating to a lawsuit filed by the three men, who have accused the actress of holding them hostage during a drunken drive through Malibu, California in 2007.
Lindsay was first scheduled to sit for her deposition on April 14 but showed up 90-minutes late and left without even getting out of the vehicle. Just hours after bailing on the depo, LiLo was seen browsing in a Beverly Hills clothing boutique.
Her deposition was rescheduled for April 20 at 10am but Lindsay, who is prohibited from driving as a condition of her probation, claims she couldn’t get a ride till 11am. Has she never heard of taking a Taxi?
Lawyers for Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro the three passengers in Lindsay’s car — along with the passenger in the car Lindsay was chasing — are headed to court Thursday morning, asking a judge not only to force Lindsay to sit for her deposition but also to request a default judgment against Lindsay for failing to appear.
