With nearly two months of marriage under her belt, Kim Kardashian is weighing in on life with Kris Humphries and the possibility of babies in their future.
During a guest appearance Friday on radio show KIIS-FM, host Ryan Seacrest asked about her plans for starting a family.
Kim said, “I think we want to figure out where he’s going to play and where we’re going to live first.” Because of the NBA lockout, her free agent husband will likely end up somewhere other that with the New Jersey Nets.
They have decided to take a wait and see approach and then think about putting down roots and taking the next step of starting a family. She said, “Give us a year.”
Currently the “it” couple are living in New York. Playing devils advocate, Ryan asked what she will do if he is offered a spot on the roster of Oklahoma City Thunder? “I would go to Oklahoma City. We’re not going to live a separate life.”
She claims they are happy but it has been a definite adjustment for both of them. She admits “it was kind of crazy to go right from our wedding straight to New York.”
Kim is used to a fast-paced life, “It’s been work non-stop, and I think Kris finally appreciates all the hard work we do. It’s like, ‘I’m running off here to do this’ … there’s so much going on. He finally gets it.”
