Nineteen-year-old “Kick-Ass” star Aaron Johnson is engaged and going to become a daddy. His girlfriend, British artist-director Sam Taylor-Wood is 43.
With the baby due this summer one can’t help but wonder if Aaron was getting nervous? “It’s not scary. I’m already a step-dad (to Taylor-Wood’s kids Angelica, 13, and Jessie, 3) anyway. So the nerves have sort of gone.”
We hate to point out the obvious, but the kids are way closer in age to Johnson than he is to his bride-to-be. Asked about the 24-year age difference between Johnson and his fiance – he offered: “I’m an old soul and she’s a young soul.” Does that mean she is immature?
The happy couple met last year on the set of “Nowhere Boy”, Taylor-Wood’s directorial debut. It only took a couple months of dating before they were living together and engaged.
“Kick-Ass” came in #1 at the movie box office this past weekend.
