The Miami Beach Police Department released the toxicology report on Justin Bieber and it reveals that he tested positive for pot and a prescription medication following his DUI arrest last week.

A test of the pop singer’s urine showed the presence of THC, the main ingredient in pot. The report also listed Alprazolam in his system, an ingredient in the prescription anti-anxiety medication Xanax.

The findings are consistent with information that the 19-year-old Canadian provided to police at the time of his arrest. He told officers that he had taken pills that his mother gave to him and had been smoking marijuana in his recording studio throughout the evening.

Bieber’s lawyer entered an initial plea of not guilty during a hearing in Miami on Monday.

It was also revealed this morning that the singer turned himself in at a Toronto police station on January 29, where he faces an assault charge stemming from a scuffle with a limousine driver in December.
