Julie Bowen made quite an impression when she appeared as a guest on Lopez Tonight earlier this week. The Modern Family actress was chatting it up about her three young sons, and talked specifically about the fact that breastfeeding her one-year-old twins helped her to quickly get back into shape.
The actress said that when they were very small she would nurse them at the same time in what she described as a “double football hold”. She said “It’s like two little liposuction machines on you. They suck the fat out of you.”
Lopez flashed a photo on the television monitor showing the twins nursing. The 40-year-old mom said, “They’re doing God’s work right there, helping me return to my pre-pregnancy weight.”
Bowen was thrilled that Lopez had no problem showing the pictures. She said that she brought it along for a recent guest appearance on The View and the show’s producer opted not to put it up on the monitor.
