Former reality star Jon Gosselin not only carries a gun but he isn’t afraid to use it. He proved the point Friday when he got upset with a female photographer who followed him home from work.

The unidentified woman followed him to his remote cabin after he finished up his waiter shift at the Black Dog restaurant in Beckerswille, PA.

She continued to stalk Jon as he turned off the main road onto a dirt track leading to a secluded house where he lives simply with no television or internet.

When the woman whipped out her camera and started taking photos, Jon screamed at her as he charged in her direction while pulling his hand gun from the back of his pants.

He got her full attention when he fired a warning shot. He continued to move in her direction until she drove her car back onto the main road and left the area.

The woman went to the police station Saturday to file a complaint but was informed doing so would not bode well for her because Gosselin would be within his right to slap her with a criminal trespass charge.

In Pennsylvania it is legal for a citizen to fire a warning shot on private property in a case of trespassing. Gosselin told TMZ, “I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot away from the paparazza.”
