The next group of Dancing with the Stars cast members were revealed live on Good Morning America today. The hit ABC show will debut it’s new season on September 22, 2008, with hosts Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris.
Bergeron was on hand at Military Island in Time Square to make the much anticipated announcement. Rumors that former V.P. Dan Quayle was tapped proved not to be true.
The celebrity dancers will be singer Toni Braxton, reality show hottie Kim Kardashian and NSnyc’s Lance Bass.
Also tapped will be chef Rocco DiSpirito, Beijing Olympic beach volleyball gold medalist Misty May-Treanor, and Olympic track star Maurice Greene.
The youngest celebrity, from Hannah Montana, is Cody Linley. The oldest dancer will be actress Cloris Leachman. Joining the group will be actor Ted McGinley, actress Brooke Burke, comedian Jeffrey Ross, retired NFL football player Warren Sapp and soap actress Susan Lucci.
