An arrest warrant has been issued for soul legend Anita Baker.
According to court records, the bench warrant was issued yesterday after the singer failed to appear in court for a hearing in her current legal battle with a paint and decorating company, Ray Smith Painting and Decorating. The company sued Anita for failing to pay a $15,000 bill they claim she owes!
And it looks like Anita didn’t even know about it until she got on Twitter! Whoopsie.
