Kate Moss Covers Playboy's Anniversary Issue

Kate Moss will be featured on the cover of Playboy's 60th Anniversary edition.  The January-February 2014 double issue hits newsstands on Friday, Dec. 13, and includes a pictorial inside.

Page Six reported that the British model was having problems obtaining a travel visa, making it necessary to move the launch party from Los Angeles to London.

Playboy has since confirmed that the party has always been planned for the supermodel's home town.  A spokesman said, "We actually always planned on having an event at the Playboy Club in London to celebrate the 60th anniversary and Kate's pictorial."

Her management group chimed in, "We do not know where this story has come from. The position is that the Playboy launch has always been scheduled for London and London alone and is timed to coincide with a major fashion award that Kate is being honored with."

The 39-year-old English model has consistently been one of the highest paid models in the world, with a net worth of $70 million earned from modeling campaigns with the top fashion brands since 1988.

She married The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince in 2011.  Her daughter Lila Grace Moss Hack is 11.  The child's father is journalist and magazine editor Jefferson Hack.
