The British press claims that Royal playboy Prince Harry may soon be trading in his partying ways for marriage to his girlfriend Cressida Bonas.

According to recent reports coming out of London, Bonas has gotten over her early anxiety about marrying into the Royal family and an engagement announcement isn’t far off.

Prince Harry, 29, has been in an 18 month on-off relationship with Cressie and it is now very much on. They met during the summer of 2012 and stayed in contact by phone during his four month stint in Afghanistan.

Her mother is Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon, a banking heiress and daughter of the late 6th Earl Howe, godson of King Edward VII.

Bonas, 24, graduated from Leeds University and the Trinity Laban Conservatoire School of dance in London. Her half-sister Isabella Calthorpe married Sir Richard Branson’s son Sam in Africa earlier this year. During the ceremony, Cressida sang the George Gershwin tune ‘Love Is Here To Stay.’

Within the past two weeks Harry has stepped up his public appearances with Cressie. The couple attended the Boodles Ball, a James Blunt concert and a London theater production of ‘Book of Mormon.’

Now that Prince William and Duchess Kate are married with a child, it seems natural that the British media is looking for another big story to cover. A Royal engagement followed by a wedding would certainly fit the bill nicely.
