Dennis Quaid and his on-again off-again third wife Kimberly Buffington Quaid have listed the Pacific Palisades home they purchased just six months ago.
Both Quaids are listed as owners of the 3,421 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, which under terms of the divorce settlement, “Kimberly and the 5-year-old kids are allowed exclusive occupancy of the house until the children turn 18. The settlement conditionally allows Kimberly to stay even longer.”
