A&E reality star Jase Robertson of ‘Duck Dynasty’ fame was thrown out of a Manhattan hotel earlier this week by an employee who thought he was a homeless man.
The case of “facial profiling” occurred on Wednesday, when the Louisiana television star was getting ready to do a guest appearance on ‘Live! With Kelly and Michael.’
He was in the lobby when things began to go awry. Robertson said, “I asked where the bathroom was and the employee said, ‘Right this way, sir.’ He was very nice, he walked me outside, and pointed down the road and said, ‘Good luck.'”
Jase added, “So I circled back around and my wife said, ‘What happened?’ and I told her ‘I just got kicked out.'”
The popular member of the ‘Duck Dynasty’ family of millionaires didn’t make a big deal out of it. In fact, he and his wife Missy Robertson never considered packing up and finding other accommodations.
Season 4 of the family-operated specialty duck call business kicked off on Aug. 14, with 11.8 million viewers tuning in–making it the most watched nonfiction series telecast in cable television history.
