Jesse James’ teenage daughter Chandler James entered rehab in April seeking professional help for drug addiction.
The treatment stint began shortly after the West Coast Chopper customizer wed professional drag racer Alexis DeJoria on March 24, 2013.
RadarOnline obtained a shocking video of Chandler inhaling crystal meth off of aluminum foil at a friends party in Austin, Texas.
The footage was reportedly captured in early 2013 by someone who claimed to be very concerned about the girl’s welfare because she was also known to be huffing keyboard cleaner.
Her father was quick to respond when he learned that there was a video of his daughter doing drugs. In an email to RadarOnline, he claimed it was a “matter that is close to my heart.”
He added, “My daughter spent the month of April in a treatment facility getting help for addiction. She is out now and in recovery, actively participating in a 12-step AA program.”
Jesse is no stranger to the 12-step program and recently acknowledged that he has been sober for 13 years.
He posted on his Facebook page, “Everything always seems to come to a head the closer it gets to getting another year clean.”
“But I always see the light at the end of the tunnel. Please do this for me. If you guys-gals know somebody that struggles with drinking or drugs or any kind of addiction please just help them, don’t judge them. Just give them help.”
“Most times that’s all they need. The help you give will never be forgotten and the person that will most likely be effected the most will be you!”
Chandler was born during Jesse’s 1991-2002 union with first wife Karla James. They also have a son, Jesse Jr.
