LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian recently purchased a new home in Los Angeles enclave Hidden Hills.

The couple bought the 8,642 square foot Spanish-style estate as a short sale for $3 million in late December 2012. That’s a real deal considering the home was purchased by the previous owners for $5.575 million in 2006. The home was then listed for $6.195 million in 2009, and at $4.2 million right before it went off the market.

The six bedroom, nine bathroom house was built in 2005, and sits on 2 acres with a swimming pool, a guest house and a barbeque center off a covered patio.

Other features include beamed ceilings, an arched window in the dining room, a kitchen with commercial-grade stainless appliances, a central staircase with Spanish-tile accents, a den, an office, an outdoor dining room with TV and fireplace, and a four-car garage.
