Three weeks after receiving a life saving bone marrow transplant, GMA co-host Robin Roberts is back in her Manhattan condo.
She shared a photo on Facebook along with a message of hope that began “Home Sweet Home. That has never had quite so much meaning before.”
Robin wrote, “My doctors tell me sister Sally-Ann’s cells are making themselves right at home and with the grace of God, I pray that they will continue to do so.”
“This doesn’t mean that my journey is over. Far from it. I am considered 21 days old. That’s how long it has been since my transplant. My doctors will be monitoring me closely and I will still be at the hospital regularly to make sure we’re on the right track.”
