Lady Gaga was rocking a vintage Versace safety pin gown when she emerged from her hotel in Milan, Italy earlier today.
The dress was made famous nearly two decades ago by English model Elizabeth Hurley, who wore the designer creation while accompanying actor Hugh Grant to the movie premiere of ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’ in 1994.
Suffice it to say Liz Hurley gained instant media attention in what many believe was a defining career moment for the actress.
Gaga was an eight-year-old schoolgirl when Hurley made a splash with the amazing black gown that is still viewed as one of the most iconic red carpet fashion hits in history.
We’ve got to ask … which star wore it best?
