It’s official. Mariah Carey hit Twitter to confirm that she has successfully sealed a deal that guarantees her a spot on the judging panel for season twelve of ‘American Idol.’
The diva tweeted, “It’s gonna be so much fun working on @AmericanIdol. As a singer-songwriter, I’m excited to help find and nurture new talent. LYM! — MC.”
For those who aren’t up on diva lingo … LYM is thought to be code for ‘Love Ya Much.’
Show host Ryan Seacrest promptly gave her a shout-out, “Welcome to the fam @MariahCarey!! When you and @nickcannon need a date night, I’m happy to strap on the double baby bjorn.”
