Alec Baldwin got married to Hilaria Thomas on Saturday and divorced Twitter this morning. He’s also got a serious case of rage aimed at a well known Hollywood gossip kingpin.
The ’30 Rock’ actor, long known for his unfiltered rants, signed off for good Monday with a final tweet, “It’s been fun.”
This new revelation comes on the heels of a new ‘Vanity Fair’ interview where Baldwin explains in detail what he wanted to do to TMZ’s Harvey Levin after the website leaked a voicemail rant that the actor sent to his 11-year-old daughter Ireland in 2007.
Baldwin admits, “I wanted to stick a knife in him and gut him and kill him and I wanted him to die breathing his last breath looking into my eyes.”
If you were thinking the actor has since mellowed on the subject, you’d be wrong. TMZ continues to dog the celeb, extensively covering his recent scuffle with a New York City photog. Over the weekend Baldwin referred to Harvey Levin as “vermin.”
The actor acknowledged during the VF interview that he has had a somewhat volatile past in Hollywood, and his behavior has at time been “unreasonable” and “childish.”
Regarding Twitter, the actor’s new wife hasn’t felt the same need to pull the plug on her page. She wasted little time in changing her handle from @hilariathomas to the new moniker @hilariabaldwin.
Check out weekend photos of the newlyweds.
