Despite all of the nasty rumors regarding her husband John Travolta, actress Kelly Preston showed him some love on the red carpet last night at the premiere screening of ‘Savages.’
The Scientology couple panned for the cameras at Westwood Village in L.A. with poses that were decidedly hands-on. Their last public appearance was a gala event in January.
The 58-year-old actor has been keeping a decidedly low profile following allegations of sexual assault and battery brought forward by two male masseurs. A cruise ship steward also claims Travolta made unwanted advances while receiving a neck massage. All three men are represented by high-profile legal eagle Gloria Allred.
Another claim, by Travolta’s former secretary, is that the actor engaged in a secret six-year relationship in the 1980’s with his pilot Doug Gotterba.
In the soon to be released crime-thriller ‘Savages,’ Travolta is cast as a corrupt DEA agent. The ensemble cast includes Taylor Kitsch, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Blake Lively, Salma Hayek and Benicio del Toro.
‘Savages’ hits theaters on July 6, 2012.
